How we pick
the same checks on every runner, every morningHow this kind of race usually goes
About 4,900 patterns mined from every UK and Irish result since April 2025. Each race is matched to its own type first: code, class, trip, handicap or not.
Our own form read
Every runner rated on its recent runs, not its best ever. The card comes from horses that rank in the top three of their race on current form.
Who they were running against
Beaten a length by a horse that has won twice since reads better than the bare result. Those lines are weighted by the grade they came out of.
Where the horse is in its career
How far the mark has dropped since the last win, and whether it is on the way up or being flattered by old form.
The detail around the race
Draw, trip, going, days off, and whether the trainer or jockey has a real record at that track. Small on their own, decisive together.
The price
Under 7/1 we back them to win. At 7/1 and bigger it goes each way at a smaller stake, where our horses most often run well without winning.
Posted before racing. The card is up by 09:00, and the time stamp on X proves it.
Losers stay up. Every pick is tracked to a result. Nothing comes down later.
Rules change forward only. Old results are never re-filtered to flatter the past.
